Plum drying process is optimally automated and begins with fresh plum receiving, washing, sorting, and calibrating lines.

The product then continues its journey through the drying tunnels, after which it is rehydrated according to the customer’s requirements.

In this way, it is ensured that all product nutrients and safety are preserved.
