production options

We offer our customers two options for Stanley prunes: with stone (SK) and without stone (BK).

The breaking method used is Ashlock and manual.

We offer the following calibers: 30/40, 40/50, 50/60, 60/70, 70/80, 80/90, and 100+

The moisture content of rehydrated prunes should not exceed 30-35% or as per the customers’ specifications.

The composition of this product includes cold-pressed sunflower oil, as well as potassium sorbate and/or glycerine, in compliance with regulations.

Packaging: The product is available in two different sizes, 5/1 and 10/kg. It comes in a five-layer cardboard box made of unbleached sulfite cellulose material. The product in the box is further packed in a blue-colored PE bag for extra protection.

Collective packaging: Euro box pallet PP785A measuring 1000mm x 1200mm x 785mm with a net weight capacity of 600-800 kilograms.

Through implementing new fruit production technologies, personnel training and knowledge improvement, our company strives to keep up with the leading trends in the global market.

Our production plants are equipped with mechanical prune pitting lines of renowned world manufacturers Prunext and Albion.

Prune storage

We store prunes in box pallets to preserve product quality throughout the year.
